How to make Cabbage juice at home.
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized green/red cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1/2 an apple (peeled and cored)
- 1 inch fresh ginger root [13] (peeled and sliced)
- 1 lemon (peeled)

How to make Arugula juice at home.
Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz) bag of Arugula (around 4 to 5 cups of small arugula)
- 1 bunch of fresh kale (around 110 grams)
- 1 lime, (squeeze it into the juice in the end, don’t put in juicer.)
- 1 green apple
- 1 bunch of celery (usually 6 to 7 stalks)
How to Make
- Wash all of your greens and set aside to drain.
- Process all of the vegetables through your juicer, alternating between hard and softer vegetables. My preferred juicing order is – arugula, celery, kale, and sliced apples.
- Pour in a cup and squeeze the lime into the juice by hand. Will make about 2 cups of juice.
If you don’t like the strong taste of the arugula, you can add another lime or another apple for added sweetness. The extra lime will make the taste more acidic but it is delicious.
